The Promise Principle is a powerful tool to teach people how to hear the voice of God through reading the Bible. It calls us to a daily God connection in which He speaks clearly through His Word and promises transformation, power, and direction in our everyday lives. This group is a join anytime group of women who strive for relational connection while empowering each other towards growing in our relationship with God.

We meet twice a month where we do an hour workout for our bodies then an approx. 10 min devotional time, followed by 15-30 min of small group discussion. TIME: Saturday's from 11AM - 12:30PM ADDRESS: CrossFit 5885 6950 146th Street West #106 Apple Valley MN 55124 WHAT TO BRING: Bring water and a friend :) Dress for gym (also outdoor components to some workouts depending on weather) Currently we meet every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 11am-1230ish at Crossfit 5885 in Apple Valley. No Membership required for this event, it is free to attend. Come sweat and connect! All levels of faith and fitness welcome. All workouts can be modified to meet you where you are at. Each message and discussion is independent, so come and connect! We gather at CrossFit 5885 where our coach will warm us up, jump into a workout and we wrap with a short message from God and discussion. At River Valley, our heart is global because God’s heart is global. That’s why we believe that every follower of Jesus Christ should explore and know their role within God’s Great Commission (Mondays, Sept 25-Nov 13). This group was initiated and will be lead by my 5 year old son (Misha). He shared with me a message he heard from Jesus and wanted to obey Jesus' command. "Mommy, Jesus says we need to pick up trash and save the animals. We need to tell people to do this." He has been very persistent for months that he needed to do what Jesus told him. When he learned that our church has groups, he asked to lead one to pick up trash. We have adopted Apple Ponds Park in Apple Valley and will be maintaining the park once a month. This may include picking up trash, planting flowers, and/or pulling weeds from a planter or around a sign. Misha encourages other kids to join him and to play with him after clean up. Volunteers of all ages are welcomed. We will meet once per month. The time of day may fluctuate depending on season.
