Think of it as a "Speak Out" therapy group where we use both our faith and interests to address stress, trauma, and anxiety. Our aim is to foster unity within the African community while also welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds. This group provides a chance to deepen your relationship with Christ Jesus and expand your understanding of African culture, all while building connections with people from various walks of life. The group will learn a tool that God gave me on how to walk in unity and forgiveness. It discusses how we participate in bringing fear and sin into our lives; as well as how we can choose to remove it.
