Grieving the death of someone close to you? We know it hurts, and we want to help. Find comfort and support at GriefShare. This 13-week grief recovery seminar and support group is a video seminar series that features Christian experts on grief and recovery topics as seen from a Biblical perspective. The video seminars are combined with support group discussion of the materials presented. Group meets at the Apple Valley campus starting Sept. 25 and runs until Dec. 18. This group is designed to get into God's Word, grow in your relationship with Jesus and connect to others. We will read the Bible together following River Valley's SOAP method. We can't wait to get to know you! We will start the group with the "Take Ground" study guide that is inspired by this years vision that Pastor Rob shared in January. We believe that we are going to end the year strong as we take ground as a church and see you take ground personally! Address will be emailed upon registration.

Public School Family & Staff Group

The public schools are one of the largest mission fields right in our neighborhoods. This group will meet monthly to inspire, encourage, and equip one another to take ground in our local public schools. Let's be the hands and feet of Jesus! We will share ways to get involved in the schools, pray for one another, and take time to connect. Come join us as we encourage one another. You are not alone! For our first meeting, we will meet on September 17th at 3-4:30 pm. There is no childcare but kids are welcome to come if they are self-sufficient. The content is geared toward adults. If you have any questions please reach out to the Leader.

Disciples Making Disciples

What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus? This group is going to model the ministry Jesus did with his disciples. We will spend time each week reading the Bible, holding each other accountable and engaging with lost people. This group will challenge you to grow personally and to engage with people in your communities. This is the mandate Jesus gave us, to go and make disciples! Let's accomplish that mission together!
