Freedom is a Core Group that equips you to live a victorious faith. Sometimes, we are simply unaware of lies we believe and wrong patterns of thinking that keep us stuck. In this group, you will discover how to move forward to greater freedom in your life, faith, and future by taking a deeper look at your identity in Christ. Dinner will be available in the lobby starting at 6pm. Please take your dinner to floor 2, which is where your group will meet. Group will begin promptly at 6:30pm and end at 8pm each Monday January 23 thru March 20. We will conclude our time together by serving together on Monday March 27 7pm in Coon Rapids (ages 5+ are welcome attend).

God desires that we overcome being ruled by our thoughts and feelings, which are highly influenced by our circumstances — family, work, health, or temptation. 2 Peter 1:3–4 tells us that we can actually do this! It comes from learning to respond to God's promises in His Word and through prayer. This is the purpose of The Promise Principle Men's Lifegroups. Whether you’re still exploring faith in Christ, or you have been a Christian for many years, you’ll experience what we believe Jesus meant when He called His disciples to change the world by discovering and responding to His promises, truths, and commands. Explore is a Core Group designed to inspire and enlarge your global heart as we study the biblical basis of missions and hear from some of our great missionaries. At River Valley, our heart is global because God’s heart is global. That’s why we believe that every follower of Jesus Christ should explore and know their role within God’s Great Commission (Mondays, Sept 25-Nov 13). For this season, free childcare will be offered with limited capacities on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration will be required for each child individually which will secure a spot in childcare for the whole Explore session. We meet weekly on Thursday evenings with the focus of coming together with other Single men and women who want to learn more about Scripture and create a Godly Singles Community that supports one another. Have you been wanting to go deeper in God's Word? Then join us as we gather weekly with other men from Eagan campus to read & study the Bible together. We'll be moving through different books of the Bible, chapter by chapter. The heart of this study is to look at the context of the passage and make observations (What does it say?), Interpretations (What does it mean?), and Applications (How does God want me to apply this in my life?). Whether you're a new believer or have been walking with Jesus most your life, this group will be beneficial for you! You'll be encouraged to study the chapter beforehand and come with questions of your own to discuss. We're meeting virtually Thursday mornings 6:30-7:30am. You can even join the call from work before you clock in.

The Promise Principle is a powerful tool to teach men how to hear the voice of God through reading the Bible. It calls men to a daily God connection in which He speaks clearly through His Word and promises transformation, power, and direction in our everyday lives, (Romans 12:2, 2 Peter 1:3-4). Each week we will meet on Wednesday mornings at 7:00 AM, at Hope Breakfast Bar in West End. We will read through and discuss the Bible chapter for that week together from a reading plan developed by the national Promise Principle team.

This session we will go through the new book "Blended & Redeemed," the Go-To field Guide for the modern step-family by Scott & Vanessa Martindale. We meet every other Sunday night at the Wexlers near the Apple Valley Campus. No childcare is provided, due to the sensitivity of topics covered.
