There is nothing more exciting than living a Spirit-filled, empowered life! This eight-week Bible study will instruct, encourage and inspire you to walk in all that Jesus has made available to you through the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the gifts that He imparts. These gifts are vital and need to be used in order to be effective witnesses for Him. In this study you will learn about the unseen world, which is called the Spirit realm. Even though we don't see it with our physical eyes, we interact with it on a daily basis. You will also learn in detail about each of the nine gifts of the Spirit how they are used throughout the Old and New Testament by ordinary people. Finally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord through the lessons on prayer and intercession. Empower will meet every Monday beginning September 25th through November 20th, 6:30 to 8:00. Please note*** It is strongly recommended that you attend the Alpha or Freedom courses before attending Empower.

At River Valley, our heart is global because God’s heart is global. That’s why we believe that every follower of Jesus Christ should explore and know their role within God’s Great Commission. Explore will begin on Tuesday, September 26, and will meet from 6:30-8pm at the Minnetrista Campus by the Fireside. It is a 7-week group and will end on November 7.

There is nothing more exciting than living a Spirit-filled empowered life!
