We would love to have your help at the Freedom Encounter, which will be hosted for all campuses at the Shakopee location this fall! There will be need for volunteers to coordinate the cafe and snacks during breaks, greet and distribute booklets at the door, and help with registration and check-in.

Production
The Production Team consists controls the media, lighting and sound during services. Members queue the media content on the screens, manage audio and set the lighting during worship and the message.

Ushers
The Usher Team assists guests with seating as they enter, remains alert to any special needs, facilitates the offering, counts people in a specific section of the auditorium and distributes connect cards and envelopes. These members are also responsible for minor cleaning of the auditorium following the service.

Set Up/Tear Down
The Set Up and Tear Down Teams help with our portable campuses and events. Everything people see and interact with during a service needs to be set up beforehand and put away afterward.

Parking
The Parking Team sets up parking cones, directs inbound/outbound traffic flow, assists attendees making their way into the building, and makes all our guests feel welcomed by directing, waving, and answering any questions.
