Now that we’ve read the first chapter of James, let’s unpack the context of this book and begin to discover the theme of wisdom James writes to us about.
In this lesson, we take a look at the second chapter in the book of James, which talks about our faith and how we should live with a wise faith.
As we continue our study of James, the third chapter talks about our tongue and how we need wisdom in keeping our speech holy and honoring to God.
The fourth chapter of James teaches us all about wise motives. In this lesson, we will discuss how to deals with our motives, especially regarding prayer, and how wisdom should guide our decisions.
As we conclude our study of James, we see that perspective is important in the life of a Christ-follower and how we should allow wisdom to anchor our perspective.
